INFRACON LLC'S QUALITY, HEALTH AND SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION POLICY

“Infracon” LLC, in its operations, adheres to the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and accepts the complete fulfillment of the principle of “high quality, safe working conditions, delivery of work within planned time, and care for the environment” within the framework of relevant local and international norms and standards as a strategic priority. The following priorities have been identified in this regard:

• Ensuring that the company's operations comply with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers, international agreements to which the Republic of Azerbaijan is a party, internal normative documents of the company, and the requirements of the Charter;
• Studying, analyzing, evaluating, and meeting the needs and expectations of stakeholders to ensure compliance, determining obligations and setting goals and objectives based on these obligations, and ensuring their implementation;
• Ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources through proper planning, organization, and control measures in the execution of work activities;
• Ensuring the application and compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational safety rules and regulations at the sites where the company conducts its operations, demanding adherence from contractor and supplier organizations, and ensuring control over compliance, as well as extensive application of personal protective equipment and new technologies to reduce the risks of occupational diseases, injuries, and accidents;
• Ensuring the necessary level of preparedness of all personnel and resources allocated to prevent and mitigate the consequences of possible incidents, accidents, and other emergency situations, and ensuring the minimization and elimination of the impact of any incident;
• Establishing work activities with external suppliers who have a positive environmental image, possess the necessary licenses and certificates for themselves and their products and services, and prefer environmentally clean energy, and excluding non-compliant external suppliers from supply activities;
• Implementing measures to reduce waste, prevent its release into the environment, neutralize and dispose of it, and planning and implementing measures for managing environmental aspects;
• Ensuring the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 international standards, to prevent the company's negative impact on the environment and human health, ensure safe working conditions, and meet stakeholder satisfaction at the desired level;
• Planning and implementing measures to continuously improve the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the IS system to improve performance results, providing the necessary resources, and ensuring the effective participation of each employee in establishing, implementing, and developing the relevant process they are associated with.
